Virtually Ready, Inc. is owned and operated by Lisa Duhamel, web entrepreneur. Now based in Tampa, FL, she began providing virtual services to businesses over 10 years ago, when she provided volunteer virtual support for her local military family website in Texas. The experience she gained and connections she made provided her the opportunity to offer virtual services to clients around the country via the internet. Her knowledge of the web grew quite rapidly, propelling her into the realm of new media, social media management, advertising, marketing and online promotions.
Over the past few years, Virtually Ready has evolved into a full-service Professional Web Presence Solutions boutique. Virtually Ready’s unique “Social Web Fusion(SM)” solution provides businesses with a powerful branded web presence that combines a dynamic website, social profiles and ongoing management.
Lisa is married to Joseph Duhamel, owner of Avalon Design Unlimited, Inc. and an experienced professional Art Director / Graphic Designer by trade. The couple often joins forces to create a streamlined experience and complete web / print solution for their clients. They have also worked together to help the community by providing sponsorships and support to non-profit charities, including Lyrics For Life and special music-oriented supporting events Rock By The Sea and Operation: Swandive. Having been an avid music lover all her life, Lisa’s passion for online promotions was born as she held a very active role in online music-oriented community participation that has included large scale annual events such as The Rock Boat, hosted by platinum recording artists, Sister Hazel. She has won grand prize awards for her online promotional efforts within the music industry and has served as the “Welcome Aboard” hostess on The Rock Boat since their maiden voyage in 2001. A few years ago, she was also invited to lay the foundation for a Sister Hazel fan based, non-profit support organization called NUTS United – Neighbors United Through Song; its members are affectionately known as “Hazelnuts”.
Lisa loves sports as well (especially baseball) and can also be found volunteering and providing sponsorships to support her favorite local sports teams.
